How It Works

Our first session together is FREE. You get to ask questions and see if you are ready to get what you REALLY want in your life.

Once a week we will conference over the phone, usually for about 30 to 45 minutes a session.

In each session we will plan and review together, your “focus goals” and action plans in the areas that you want to work on most.

You will receive support and guidance in creating and maintaining the right attitudes and motivation to achieve success.

During the week you will have help and support, as we will communicate through emails.

We will track your progress and celebrate your successes.

I ask that you commit for 3 months/12 weeks but it is your choice as to the length of time we together,  move your life forward.

*Note: As a coach, I ask questions to help you find your own answers. I am not a counselor. Only with your permission will I give you suggestions. It is up to you to determine the degree of commitment and success that you will achieve.
